PU hose MILEFLEX
This hose is made of thermoplastic polyurethane extruded polyether based (TPU) with excellent wear and tear. The reinforcement is made from polyester filament yarn circular fabric.
The hose has a high resistance against chemicals commonly used and has excellent resistance to UV radiation, hydrolysis and degradation of fungus. The abrasion resistance of TPU is one of the highest available, making it ideal for use in extremely harsh environment in opencast mines hose. The outer shell is designed with an extra thickness in order to add tear and wear material. This extends the life of the hose.
The polyester filament reinforcement circular fabric ensures a very high tensile strength and facilitates towing tractors without risk of damage. The tissue interlock prevents longitudinal extension hose when pulled or pressurized.
This hose can operate in a temperature range of -58 ° F to + 167 ° F and can withstand intermittent use up to 176 ° F.
