Proportional Directional Control Valves Series D*FH and D*FM
General Description
The D*FH series high response proportional servovalves are direct solenoid operated, with elec-tronic spool position feedback and on-board integrated electronics. Valves are available in sizes NG06 (CETOP 3) and NG10 (CETOP 5). The D*FH and D*FM series products feature a preci-sion zero lapped spool and sleeve assembly ideally suiting these valves for precision high performance closed loop control applications.
