Processor Dryer Pallets
paddle dryer processor is a highly efficient device, mechanically agitated presents indirect heat transfer to add or remove heat from a mass process. They are used for drying, heating, cooling, pasteurization, crystallization, and react pastas, cakes, powders, and granules.
Processor dryer adjusted palette provides applications with volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous materials designs. Temperature sensitive materials can be dried at low temperatures under vacuum.
The processor paddle dryer is indirectly heated with steam or thermal fluid (hot oil). This provides high energy efficiency and low volume of waste gases.
The dryer processor palette provides a reliable and efficient method for drying the suspension, filter cakes and concentrates centrifuge. Designs vacuum can remove water or organic solvents at reduced temperatures.
