Portable ultrasonic flaw detector high-resolution color TFT LCD, this product is an advanced digital detector ultrasonic flaw with a multi-color TFT LCD and a host of new features to meet the requirements difficult to control.
It combines fault detection and powerful measurement capabilities, extensive data storage and data transfer capacity of the detailed inspection to the PC via its high-speed USB port.
The instrument incorporates many advanced features including signal processing bandwidth of 10MHz RF for the inspection of thin materials, narrowband filters to improve signal-noise ratio in high gain and a peak transmitter to optimize penetration thick or highly attenuating materials.
The portable flaw detector can be used in the location and size of cracks, holes, dissolves, and similar discontinuities in welds, forgings, bars, axles, shafts, tanks and pressure vessels, turbines and structural components.
