V – 200 ppd/4 kg/h
5 – 500 ppd/10 kg/h

Accuracy
Within 4% of maximum flowmeter capacity

Operating Range
20:1, manual, 10:1, automatic

Operating Temperature
Ejector, 35?F to 120?F. Other components: – 20?F to 120?F. The system operating temperature is largely dependent on the with draw rate of gas from the cylinder and is a functions of the existing ambient temperature.

Vacuum Tubing
Connections

Maximum Feed Rate Vacuum Length of Vacuum Tubing
100 ppd (2 kg/h) 3/8” 3/8”
200 ppd (4 kg/h) ½ “ 3/8”
500 ppd (10 kg/h) 5/8” 3/8”

Size Requirement – Distance
Gas feeder can be a few feet to several hundred feed from the ejector, depending on maximum feed rate and the diameter of connecting pipe or tubing.

Maximum Feed Rate Length of Vacuum Tubing
PPD (kg/h) 100’ (31m) 200’(61 m) 500’ (153 m)
50 (1) 3/8” 3/8” ½”
100 (2) 3/8” ½” ½”
200 (4) ½” 5/8” ¾”
500 (10) 5/8” ¾” 1”

Ejector Connections
Standard
Nozzle 1”hose and ¾’ NPT
100 ppd (2.0 kg/h) Diffuser 1”hose and ¾” NPT
200 ppd (4.0 kg/h) Inlet 1 ¼” NPT Optional 1 ½” hose
500 ppd (10 kg/h) Outlet 1 ½” hose 1 ¼” NPT

Materials of Constructions
ABS, PVC, Polyethylene, tantalum, silver, silver plated silicon bronze, monel, viton and teflon.

Maximum back pressure at point of application for a standard ejector is 140 psig. For pressures greater than 140 psig. Consult factory.

All feed rate capacities shown in this bulletin are for chlorine. To determine those for other gases, multiply each chlorine value by:
0.95 for sulfure dioxide
0.50 for ammonia
0.78 for carbon dioxide

Gas Warning
All unattended gas containers and gas feed equipment should be monitored for leaks. Gas sensitive detector, which will respond quickly to gas leaks in the atmosphere, should be installed at each site.
