Description
In order to save column height and to reduce the number of internals in a column it is advisable to combine the tasks of different internals.
For various separation tasks in columns it is necessary to charge several tower packing stages with different liquids. Between such column stages there is both a support grid for the packed bed and a collection tray for the downrunning liquid necessary.
The Combi-element developed by Rauschert combines these functions in one part.
