Air & Vacuum Valves for Sewage
Cast iron body with stainless steel float and internal components with replaceable rubber seat for drop tight shutoff.
Available for working pressures to 150 PSI.
Manufactured in size 2 to 6 inches (50 to 150 mm).
Standard and “short body” designs.
Can be supplied with “back-flushing attachments” to facilitate maintenance.
Alternate materials and higher pressures available.
Function and Applications
Installed at high points to allow air to be purged from pipelines and forcemains during filling and opening to admit air on draining.
