The pressure sensor insulates and protects the instruments such as gauges, transmitters, switches and pressure of the process line, providing accurate, repeatable measurement instrument.
The pressure sensor is designed for food and pharmaceutical and biotech industries and is manufactured with FDA approved elastomers, reliable, accurate instrument readings are often difficult or even impossible to obtain in slurry pipelines carrying skins tomato, seeds, pharmaceutical powder, beans, etc.
With the pressure sensor detects pressure line 360 through the flexible rubber sleeve. The captive fluid moves through the body pressure sensor to the Bourdon tube instrument. The instruments are isolated and protected in the process, ensuring positive and accurate readings.
Food quality pressure sensor of the mass flow is isolated by food grade elastomeric sleeve which extends around the tri-clamp ends. The total length extension eliminates any obstruction, pockets, and voids that may occur. The level of liquid vegetable oil is kept to a minimum so that the pressure reading is not affected by temperature.
Food Quality pressure sensor is available in sizes from ¾ “to 3” and allows for easy installation and removal for cleaning. The Series 44 has a connection of ¼ “instrument.
