ELECTRIC CHECK Pump Control Valves for Water and Clean Fluids
Uses Golden-AndersonÒ differential piston main valve.
Normal and emergency controls, uses line pressure for operation.
Globe or angle body with ANSI, BS, DIN or ISO flanges.
Standard heavy cast iron body and bronze trim in sizes 2 to 42 inches (50 to 1,000 mm) for pressures to 400 PSI. Other materials and higher pressures available.
Available in many variations to accommodate virtually any pump control scheme.
Can be supplied with Pump DirectorÒ pre-wired control panel to simplify installation and properly sequence pump and valve operation.
Function and Applications
Installed on discharge of water pumps to control start-up and shutdown surges. Especially suitable for use with high head vertical turbine or horizontal centrifugal pumps in virtually any pumping application. Can be supplied with pump discharge or suction pressure sustaining feature and many other secondary functions if the situation requires.
